It depends what you mean by "London". Are you looking for 10 miles from the center, or 10 miles outside the urban area? It's a huge urban area so there's a big difference. If it doesn't really matter to you, try these:

Oxford

Cambridge

Northampton

Southampton

Reading

Canterbury
