Can anyone tell me the opening hours of the hackney licencing department for Newcastle upon tyne?

i've spent the past 3 hours hunting newcastle city council website and now feel ready to bang my head against a brick wall. so PLEASE don't just put a link to the website on here. Also is that the right people to talk to about a hackney carriage complaint.

need to phone the civic centre environmental services dept normal office hours have u got the plate number or drivers bagde number what happen ???

You need to contact the Licensing section, newington road east on [phone].

I am not sure of their opening times but they open quite early,

I know this as I had my locality test there last thursday at 8.30am and all the staff seemed to be there.
