Can anyone tell me the route from Pune to Panvel by bus?

If you are travelling by bus you need not know the route. Catch any bus going towards Mumbai and get down at Panvel. Buses ply between Pune station and Mumbai ( private as well as Asiad or Volvo by ST department), between Swargate and Mumbai, between Kothrud and Mumbai.

Most of the buses ( particularly private, volvo and asiads ) travel on express highway. You will be getting down at intersection of Mumbai-  pune highway and old highway - Thane intersection and travel back to Panvel by autorickshaw or ST bus. ( distance about 3 kms or so ).

If you travel by regular ST bus ( the red one), it will come to Panvel ST depot. Alight there.
