However this site is available only in German, although I do not doubt that someone could answer you in English, most of germans have good English language skills. I would not recommend coming to Germany to work even, as a nurse. The German Government taxes its people very heavily (about 50% of their pay goes toward  taxes). If on the other hand you came to work for the U.S government as a nurse your options are much better because you will not be subject to the taxes. Last, the Euro rate is bad (.68 cents to the dollar). Shopping on the German economy is tough for Americans with the exchange rate.
