  1. In Christianity the Holy Trinity symbolizes the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--three beings (embodiments), but essentially one indivisible being (God). Many different religions and cultures use the triquetra or trinity knot (or whatever else might apply) to symbolize many different things: mind, body and soul; life, death and rebirth; Earth, Air/Sky and Water/Sea; Maiden, Mother and Crone (the three stages of a woman's life), etc.

    In your case, with the names of your children listed and the corners/loops interconnecting with each other, if anyone were to ask about such a tattoo you could tell them that each corner represents your children as separate beings, but they are united through you. Three beings that where a part of you and will always remain a part of you.

  3. not to sure but i can tell you that its simular to the figure of 8 meaning its 'eternal' everlasting as there is no begining and no end but its cool i have some tatts too and i have my kids names and some other stuff aswellxx
