Can anyone tell me the title of this game im thinking of?

Its about a group of blue people (they look like circles) , they all look a little different. They are fleeing from there town and trying to get to a new one. On the way they have to face challenges.

umm, first of all what console. could be pikman (sorta) could be some crappy smurf game, or it could be a sim city game. those are my best guesses
