Can anyone tell me wat the drinking age actually is in brussels at the current time?

I have been hearing so many different ages and answers can anyone tell me the actual age . . . also wondering what the price of 20 cigarettes is there now

It is 16 for beer and wine, 18 for alcoholic beverages with a percentage to exceed 20% (40 proof). Cigarettes are about 4 €.
