Can anyone tell me what's the difference between AUX and Input?

I'm trying to change my TV to like an input. I'm trying to play a game and cant seem to find out how to change my tv from regular mode to game mode or input. My remote only has DVD/AUX will that work I've tried to make it work but I dont know it's a RCA universal remote I have to program it. Just need to know if DVD/AUX IS THE SAME AS INPUT!

yes they're the same thing.

for your tv try going to the lowest channel like 2 or 3 and press the ch. down button it might take you to the aux channel.
