Can anyone tell me what 4 types of swimming are invoved, in the 400M?

or the freestyle not sure what event it is..but there are 4 types of swimming

in a 400m IM a swimmer swims

100m butterfly

100m backstroke

100m breaststroke

100m freestyle in that order and 100m is to lengths

in a 400m freestyle they can swim anystroke but most people do freestyle because it is the fastest
