Can anyone tell me what does ''one capsule daily after food''?

does it mean to eat only one capsule a day.. or means after each meal i take one capsule? pls help .thanks

It means what it says.  You take 1 capsule per day and you take it after a meal.

Only one a day as others have said. Try take it around the same time each day though, say breakfast time.
