http://www.disneyworld.com/affordable/ is the "official" Disney World website where you can put together a package at the best possible rate (staying at a Disney resort).

You can put together your own package (staying at a non-Disney hotel, using shuttles, buying your tickets, etc.) but it's such a hassle, and you end up spending just as much money.

Assuming you are on a budget, go to Kayak.com for the best airfares. Try Hotwire.com for discount hotels and rental cars. Also consider renting a condo, they are comparable in price to hotels/motels but offer multiple bedrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, community pool, etc...

If money is no object, call Disney and they will set you up big time.

Well why dont you try a travel agency site like Priceline, or Orbit. If not try Disneyworld.Com or Orlando.com

I've been to Disney a ton of times, and just recently discovered how nice it is to use a Disney Authorized Travel Planner than to do it myself.   (1) Do all of your research on Disney hotels and prices on the official www.disney.com, and look at the unofficial ones for reviews: www.allearsnet.com, www.wdwinfo.com.  (2) My recommendation is to use a travel planner to book.  Just Google "Disney Authorized Vacation Planner".  I like to use www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com but I think each person should find what's right for them.  BTW- they get paid by Disney (not you) for all of the work they do on your behalf... and they look for discounts to help you out.
