  1. Vegetable soup and noodles big portion

  2. Steamed vegetables and chicken or shrimp

  3. Yum Chow

  4. chow mein is the best option as advised by weightwatchers

  5. Tom Yam soup

  6. Boiled rice?? No only kidding Id say chow mein or the chicken in black bean sauce when I was on a diet I just had those sort of things and avoided the fried rice, prawn toast, spring rolls, prawn crackers etc!! The snacky things are the worst cos theyre all fried!

  7. Something with Prawns or vegetarian with a tomato based sauce.

  8. steamed rice

  9. Choose an entree that is not fried and that has lots of veggies included.  Sauted Chicken is great or fish with veggies and a light sauce.  Remember that soy sauce is very high in sodium so use sparingly.

  10. A lot of chinese restaurants will have a "healthy" section of their menu..

Any soup you order is typically okay...egg drop being the best for you.

You can ask them to steam any of your dishes and they will usually be more than happy to.  Get steamed chicken and veggies or seafood and veggies and a side of steamed white rice (or brown if they have it)

  11. Slowly fried steak with sugar sauce. only 50 cals! xxxxxx

  12. the side salad lmao

honestly have what you fancy if its only every once in a while it wont hurt

  13. I like to get steamed shrimp and veggies with brown sauce on the side.  Then you can dip your food into it, you still get the yummy taste, but you only use less than 2 tbsp.

For soup, egg drop is the lightest, and go w/steamed rice, preferably brown rice, over noodles and fried rice.
