Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my go-cart

My cousin took my go cart out into the snow and messed something up, now when i go to start it it wont, and it just kinda shoots out smoke then stops. anyone know whats wrong, and or know how to fix it?

  1. Change the spark plug and put new gas in it. Also clean the air filter


  2. Check the choke> Kill switch not working?
