Can anyone tell me what kind of mushroom this is?

I found 2 small (maybe 1/2 inch in diameter) mushrooms in my yard today and just wonder what kind they are. They have a smooth redish orange cap, yellow pores(yes pores and not spores, i know the difference) and the flesh inside the cap is yellow also with a brownish yellow stalk. These were found in east central ohio. Any help would be great!
