Can anyone tell me what species of beetle this is?

for the past few weeks I have noticed a type of beetle that I have never seen before around my area. what really got me wondering about it was that tonight at the pool the local kids were chasing a beetle around and one of them cornered it and it sprayed something into his eye. he started screaming that his eyes were on fire. Then when I got home I noticed another one flying around and when it landed I got a quick picture of it. the link follows:

Most probably it is the species of Rhamborrhina.

have a look if it resembles..

But it resembles more with Rhamborrhina..
