Can anyone tell me what the #'s and letters means on a coors light bottle?

i do find out that some letters sre much better than others???

  1. The very small numbers printed on the glass itself are the bottling codes that allow the brewery to track where their beer came from.  If they ever had a problem, they could go out and pull all the beer between numbers XXXXX and YYYYY from the shelves.

    You probably think one batch is better than another because of freshness or the care that was taken to store the beer correctly.  All Coors is supposed to be cold from the brewery to your home all the time, but for most retailers this has obviously gone out the window.  I don't think there is any way to decode the bottling numbers directly, so they won't tell you a lot about each batch.  I can tell you, Coors tests their beer every day to ensure one bottle tastes just like all the rest.
