Can anyone tell me what the best family resort to stay in, down in cancun?

I really enjoyed the grand oasis cancun.  It had six or seven restaurants, all inclusive, a huge wrap around pool, and it was only $100 per person per night.

We just came back from The Grand Sirenis, in Riviera Maya.  Plenty for kids, and great for Mom & Dad.  It is all inclusive, which is nice with children.  It, also, is new, 2006, so there are some great deals to entice the travellers in.  There is a lazy river, on the premises, cool kiddy water section, ice cream shop, and other fun stuff for the little one.

The Blue Bay at Punta Sam is nice... it is not in the hotel zone and has a great view of the caribbean. Also try to search in Riviera Maya and look at some of the all inclusives.

They are great  because the family can split up to have breakfast and lunch and mom and dad can actually dine alone if they want. They cater to activities for the kids and the kids can have a different fun than the adults.  Good luck...
