I need to know basically what each room was used for and kind of most likely where it was located in the castle.

Castle floor plans are easily obtained on the internet.

Simply search "castle floor plans."

Note that each castle was different.  There was no standard design or floor plan that applied to many castles.  Each was individually designed.
