  1. Telling the truth these dishes are part of modern variations of Greek dishes and non Greek dishes. The first two dishes are not Greek.

The salad with beetroot sounds Greek because in Greece we eat beetroot salad.

Tzatziki is a kind of a sauce made out of yogurt and cucumber but we usually add garlic and dill.

seftalies are Cypriot dish  ( l consider it Greek because is made out of pork) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheftalia.

BBQ sauce is not part of the traditional Greek cuisine but souvlaki is :)

  2. The dishes are not all that Greek. The ingredients are though in most of them.

Canapes are small slices of bread or toast that have different ingredients on them. In this case with the dried fish eggs,  "avgotaraxo" from Mesolonghi and figs. A very strange combination.

Stuffed eggs, the whites, with the yolk and a mash of tuna fish and capers. Not very strange.

Beetroot salad is nice too but the combination of walnuts and green apples is too outlandish.

Tzatziki is a Greek food salad made out of cucumber and yogurt and garlic . A pinch of salt and one of sugar, olive oil and vinegar.

Seftalies is a dish from Cyprus, made of two kinds of mince-meat and seasonings covered with a  tissue taken from sheep called "mpolia" and fresh rosemary seasoning.

Finally the three coloured souvlaki refers to a stick that has alternating pieces of meat, tomato, onion and pepper. Or what is more common lately, three colours of peppers.the stick is seasoned in BBQ sauce.

The three first are what is called creative cuisine and only the ingredients have connection to traditional Greek food.

The next three are Greek recipes with the addition of some foreign ingredients.

  3. only 2 of the dishes are Greek
