It's like pasta of some sort stuffed with potatoes and other stuff. They sell them in the frozen food section of the grocery store.

If they sell this food product in the supermarket, can you read the package?  If the words are in a foreign language, then, read the ingredients list. They should be in English.  Most food products are required to list what is in what you buy to eat including calories and fat.

Next, what picture show on the frozen food ?  Last, ask the vendor.
