Can anyone tell me what this means??

I do have a lazy eye, but in the last 6 months my vision has declined, and ive started getting double vision aswell as headaches and nausea.

infrequent = rarely

torsional = twisting/spinning

nasally = towards your nose

So that means that one of your eyeballs twists in the direction of your nose sometimes.

Do you get diplopia (double vision) or tics? If not, it's probably benign and nothing to worry about.
