its made of glass and is hollow for the most part except for the head region.

It can be used for what ever you want. Just use your imagination. If it were me I'd use it to be a pretty center piece in a Bunt cake or something.

it is called a car. you use it to drive around and for transportation.

I'm not sure exactly what it does, but from my childhood, I just remember her using hollow things like that and they were in the shape of fun things like birds and stuff, and it would be in the middle of a pie.
