can anyone tell me what those shoes which look like converse crossed with wellies are?

dunno if i've explained it right. the toe and bottom looks like it comes from a converse but the rest is just .... well, it looks like a wellie with a converse toe and bottom. its made of material not plastic, not waterproof in any way.

i dunno what to type in to find them and i can't find them without a name.....

i would be very grateful.
