Why do people guess whan giving answers?

It is a Schwinn Fastback. These were available in 20" and 24" wheeled versions. Based on the color it looks like 1969 to 1972.

EDIT: Looking closer at the picture, that is the Ramshorn version of the Fastback. If this bike is proven to be original and correct it could be worth several thousand dollars.
