I think its a SpidCat. Its scientific name is a Gea theridioides.  I am not sure if thats right but i found a picture that looks a lot like it. Go here to see that picture: http://www.usq.edu.au/spider/find/spider...

I am pretty sure it is a combfooted spider of the genus Parasteatoda or maybe species Enoplognatha marmorata
