Can anyone tell me where, in Australia, I can buy shrink film to stop the drafts around my windows?

I live in an old house in Sydney and it is as cold outside as it is inside! I know the stuff from America and would like to get it here. Thanks!

If so, i haven't seen it at all in Australia. But you could do something similar with aluminium channel, flyscreen spline, and some standard plastic/PVC sheet from most hardware stores.
