  1. Trans fat occurs naturally in butter, meat, milk and cheese. If you want puff pastry without trans fat, you'll need to find some made without butter.

    I believe Pepperidge Farm puff pastry is made with vegetable shortening so it wouldn't contain any trans fat.  But, look at the ingredients listed on the package to be sure.
