Well..if you want to trust someone out here to do it...i'd be willing to do it...i've edited probably 40 images here and people are happy with the results...you can email me what you want specifically and send the picture...I only know of gimp which you have to download for free...but i have photoshop and could have the photo to you within 10 minutes probably...Good luck!
