  1. A couple of places you can try is www.zillow.com  if it sold recently the court house keeps records.  I live in San Antonio and if you go the the Bexar county appraisal district under property search you can locate a house by owner and or address www.bcad.org  and find out how much it is.  So check ans see if your county has a website similar to bcad.  Last resort a Realtor will definately have that information especially if your trying to buy a house in the same area or trying to sell your house in that area.  you can get a comparative market analysis which is usually the last couple of houses sold in that area.

  2. http://www.nethouseprices.com

    From 2000 to present.

  3. I dont know how in the UK but in the States you just go online at the County Auditor or go to the courthouse and check records

  4. Try the County office of Deeds.

  5. Yeah here http://www.nethouseprices.com/

  6. Many counties have a web site for the county Tax Assessor where you can search for a property by address and see a photo, a map, information about all previous owners, as well as selling prices and closing dates.

The county's Register of Deeds may have a similar database that allows you to look up documents related to the sale of a home.

Just go to Google and type in "Xxxxx County" STATE

(for example, if you wanted to find the county offices for the Cincinnati area:

    "Hamilton County" Ohio)

Then go to the main site and look around for "tax assessor", "register of deeds", taxes, real property, GIS records .... if it's available online, you should find it fairly easily.

  7. There is no specific database.

You might as the neighbors.  They know stuff like this.

  8. www.houseprices.co.uk
