Can anyone tell me where i can get an istruction book for thomas the tank engine story theatre?

thomas the tank engine story theatre tells the story of thomas and the squeek. and the instructions tell me how to change yhe cartridges over but i,ve lost the instructions does anyone know where i can get new ones from? serious answers only please. thanks.
