If the regular shops do not have them and I had a friend from Chennai, he said they were to build a US style Walmart, they may have them , then as a former chef from Canada, I would seek out the Hotel and Restaurant Supply houses for they have them for the hotels, and you can buy them there, even slightly larger and of a heavier weight then the usual household type, and better strength wise too.
