I don't know about Shenzhen, but every other city in China which I have been to sells saline solution in the same stores where they sell glasses (they are not technically optometrists, but offer eye exams none the less).  They are everywhere.  Just look for the obvious signs (like large displays of glasses which can bee seen through the window).  The saline is often stacked stacked in pyramids and is near the display case with the contacts. I wear contacts and have been living in several Chinese cities for over six years, and have never had a problem finding saline.  They have all of the major brands (including Baush and Lomb).
