Can anyone tell me where to find this radio prank phone call about Hurricane Katrina and lowering SSI checks?

There was a prank phone call made by a DJ who, pretending to be some sort of official, told this woman that, because of something relating to Hurricane Katrina, her SSI check would be lowered to $200 per month. I really wish I could be more explicit, but I don't remember the name of the radio station or the DJ, otherwise I could probably just find this by searching the internet. I think I got the file when I downloaded an update for Real Player, but the file seems to have disappeared.
