Can anyone tell me why my internet is so laggy all the sudden?

it has not always been laggy, until afew days ago. i dont know why its like that or how to find out why. is there a way to fix it? or do i just have crappy internet? i dont have dial up, i think its cable....

router / modem been on too long? nice and warm?

try switching it off / on...

also may just be a change your isp is doing to the DNS server
