Can anyone tell me why my prada phone won't charge??

i just got for a day and when i charge over night it didn't get any batteries at all!

The simplest answer would be to "Take it back and ask", but that's not what you would expect.

First is to know if the phone is actually charging or not.

Every phone has an indicator, usually a blinking battery icon, when it is being charged.  By being charged, I mean that there is electricity being supplied by the charger.  If you do not see even this, then the problem is in the charger.

If the phone was charging and you are not getting any battery level after a whole night, then your phone is the problem.  Take it back.

Now for the stupid answer, did you check if the charger was probably plugged in.  If there are no switches on the power socket, try plugging in something else, like a lamp, into the same socket to make sure the socket works.
