Dear Questionnair,

It is not clear, what level, type of company your want? is it Ltd, Pvt Ltd or as simple company as firm?

Any way, to get company registered, please take help of any good C A, for registring the company, first you have to be at least two person on list, the selection of name, check the name availability with Registrar of Compay, then register your name, then clear objective of the company, registrar will charge fee to register your company according to your share capital you want, share capital should not be less than one lac now a days, Expenses to register a company with share capital of one lac  be in all including CA fee , should be around 15 thousands and will increase according to increase of your share capital, share capital can be any amont in millions or billion.

There are other detail required by Registrar of companies and afterward regula legal formalities, please check up, it is easy to open company but difficult to close later on. Better study in detail before taking any step and take step according to your inner capacity not on any other one advise.
