  1. That is peperomia plant.

    I think it's a watering problem. If the soil is dry it's too little if it's soggy and wet your plant is rotting!

    If there are little webs on it it's spider mites! Too hot and too dry.

    If none of these are present it's probulary too hard water (water with too much lime) or chlorosis (too little iron in fertilizer)

  3. Looks like it might be a water problem. Does that pot have drainage holes?

    I water my house plants once a week, enough water to soak the plant

    I would think this plant needs to be on the dry side. It is a succulent with thick leaves, needs less water.

    If your pot has no drainage holes the bottom of the soil won't dry out and will cause this problem, The roots could rot.

    Plants that are deficient in nitrogen may start turning light green or yellow. It may need fertilizer.

    You are the best judge, I can't see your plant. If it is dry all the time, water it.

    If you tend to over water it, let it dry out more.

    If you haven't fertilized for a while it probably needs some.
