Can anyone tell where can i make 100% free call to Vietnam.?

If you use a voIP service like Skype or Yahoo Messenger w/voice and the person you're calling has a computer with either program installed, then you can call computer to computer for free. Otherwise, you can use their phone out service and call from your computer to a land line or mobile very cheaply.

Download Skype.

Skype to Skype is free.

Skype Out isn't free but it's cheaper than phones.

Otherwise 100% free calls? I can't think of another way.

I use skype to talk free to other skype users (calling out of and into Viet Nam)  and as long as everyone is using broadband it is usually a very good connection. Skype to skype is free, skype to a phone you pay a fee.

pc to pc using skype, or yahoo and windows live messenger, all you both need is a headset

If you have a specific number, you may be able to call collect and they will bill whoever you are calling (providing they accept the call) but I'm not 100% sure that you can make international calls that way.

Telephone cost in Vietnam is not expensive man :)

You can buy a SIM card with a lot of discounts for the new SIM card you buy (double money for instance, several times discount after that ...)

Or just use VOIP phone, then you only need to pay for Internet connection.
