If her birthday is in the summer how about a beach bag filled with, a beach towel (you can find ones that roll up & include a pillow), flip-flops, sparkly sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuit, waterproof disposable camera. You can add as little or as much as you can depending on how much you want to spend. Or, how about a sleep-over tote filled with cute slippers, eye mask, pj's, magazines etc. Or a rubber ducky themed bath bag filled with bubble bath, bath pillow, scented lotion, bubbles, hair towel of course don't forget the rubber ducky! Everything should be in yellow for this one to match the ducky!

Get her one of those bubble toys like its a big bubble wand and comes with bubbles and you can make gigantic bubbles like big big bubbles bubbles as big or bigger than she is!  they cost like 10 bucks and kids love um just buy some extra bubbles.

A good idea is a book, a shirt, or money. You can get these things at a stire where they are gift cards, but you can use them anywhere. They look like credit cards. And you can reload them so for her next birthday you can reload it!
