Can anyone think of a good name for my story?

Question

I'm writing a story. It's about a girl who thinks she's nothing and isn't important to anyone. She feels lonely and nobody notices her. She spots a boy at school and she asks him out. He is mean to her and says he doesn't like her. She tries to change herself so that he'll like her. She becomes loud and confident and makes new friends and is then popular. She ends up going out with the guy but after a few months she gets fed up of pretending who she isn't and wants to be herself again. Her boyfriend realises something has changed and isn't as interested in her as he was before. She admits that she's changed back to her real self and tells the guy that he loved a girl that never even existed. They then break up.

That's what I've thought of so far. But I was thinking of making it a happy ending where the boy realises that the girl is nice and they fall in love and live happily ever after.

Can anyone think of a name? I was thinking something like "Who You Really Are".

I think iv seen this film, isn't it called she's all that?? lol, only kidding, how about calling it Skin Deep?? As u said she was a bit geeky but then he ends up liking her, it just shows that beauty is only skin deep.

I think an interesting plot development would be that she tries to change back to who she was, but the "person" she'd been trying to be won't let her, an internal metaphysical struggle ensues between the two personalities.  Her boyfriend is initially intrigued by her strange behaviour, but soon discovers what is going on, starts to discover both identities and tries to resolve conflict in his own mind over which is the "real" one, eventually falls for whom we know to be the real person.  You can take it from there.

Please don't do the happy ending you have planned it sounds so uninspired and cliched like something you'd find in a bad disney movie in my opinion.Try to make the ending complex or different than other books
