Can anyone think of any cute themed halloween costumes for my 8 month old twin boys

when my twin boys were 10 months old, they were winnie the pooh and tigger. I got the costumes at babies r us.... they were so cute.... plus the costumes were warm and were one peice suits that zipped in the back with a hood.

Go 90's cartoon style and have them dress up as any of the male Rugrats.For instance on could be Chuckie and the other could be Tommy,  or Phil and Chuckie....or Tommy and Phil...it's really quite simple.

Ghosts.

You can get each of them white sleepers, because it will probably be cold, white caps, and cut a pillow case in half along the edges, cut a hole in the middle of each for their heads (one sheet for each of them), and voila! Little ghost boys!

I think that would be really cute. ^_^

The tortoise and the hare...  you can even race 'em :)

or you could make them two of Snow White's dwarfs based on their personalities (Happy, Sleepy, Dopey, Grumpy, Doc, Bashful, Sneezy)

or if they are very tolerant of hats you could make one Baby New Year (which would only require a sash and maybe a top hat), and the other Father Time (you might have to only put the beard on for pictures or just a minute at a time, but you could easily do a little hat with grey or white hair, and a robe)

or the Prince and the Pauper

or if you wanted to do something with them you could do a Dorothy costume for you and make them the Lion, Scarecrow, or Tin Man (and if one is missing, who cares?  or make your man dress up too).
