  1. No, usually you need the services of an authorised translator. You can find a list of authorised translators in the Yellow Pages telephone directory.


  2. no. you need a certified translation. In order to get a certified translation you need a certified translator.

  3. Nope.  I had to have my husband's translated to English from Spanish and it would not be accepted without a Certified Translator.  I paid $50 and the translator did it and had it notorized for me.  Also, you can make copies of it, but only the first is official.
