Can anyone translate this japanese for me?

yo I bought this at my asian grocer and once i got home realized the amazing amount of kanji on the back...sadly I can only read katakana and hiragana T-T...soo if you could help me out I'd be very grateful

Direction/for 4 cups

＊prepare 400ml(2 cups) of milk

1.Put a pack of Caramael Milk Pudding Powder, add 200ml(1 cup) of milk in a pod. turn it up at middle heat and mix them until the powger gets melted completely. turn it down at low heat when it boils and leave it for a minute.

2.Turn it off. add 200ml(1 cup) of milk and mix them.

3.Pour it in cups and put them in frige for more than an hour.

It would be so soft, so no need to take it out of the cups. just enjoy from the cups directly.

＊Arrangement

You may put some cut bananas, whipped cream, chocolate source on it.
