Can anyone translate to Latin?

I want to translate the words "Determined and Happy" into Latin if possible and I know you can not just use an online system because it can change the meaning. Can anyone translate that for me? Thank you :)

Destinatus, obnixus, obstinatus, offirmatus (male form) for determined

Destinata, obnixa, obstinata,offirmata (female form).

Laetus, felix, beatus, fortunatus (male form) for happy.

Laeta, felix, beata, fortunata (female form).

Et (and) is the connecting word.  

Destinatus et laetus.

according to my latin dictionary, determined is destinatus and happy is gauisus.

i dont know if, when combined, other words are used, or if this in any way affects their meanings.
