Names don't really get translated. Sometimes there are "versions" in other languages (like "Maria" is the Spanish version of "Mary"), but you can't really translate names. Either there's a version or there isn't.

That being said, "Paul" and "Robert" have versions in other languages. It would be "Paolo Roberto" in Italian, "Paul Robert" in French (only it would be pronounced like "paul row-bear"), and "Paulo Roberto" in Spanish.

You can also write it with the native alphabet of other languages:
