My friend work with a company that take around40 to 50$ out of his check for like three months and at the end of thos three months. He recieves a check at the end....how can i get into that start small...HELP

look into 401k plans

your friend has some kind of stock option plan offered by his company. You have to work for the company to participate in the plan but you can still buy stocks or options yourself.
