Can anything -- or anyone -- slow down NASCAR's hottest driver? Bad brakes, dropped lug nuts, a pit-stop penalty and several brushes with the famed Darlington Raceway wall couldn't prevent Kyle Busch from dominating Saturday night's Sprint Cup race.

  1. God Smack you got another thumb up from me.. I have a cousin who's husband is a highway patrolman in NC maybe I email her and make sure he puts down one of those spike strips for that little Shrub, maybe that will slow him down.....But nothing is gonna slow down Dale Jr & Tony Jr they are getting better each race...It will happen...enough said.

    Go Dale Jr & Hms

  2. Yeah, he's Superman right now.  But there's a piece of kryptonite out there with his name on it.

  3. he will be the cause of his own downfall........his aggressive driving style will be his doom

  4. Kyle has never been consistent. I would say he will eventually beat himself.

  5. Godsmack your wrong, nascar's most consistent driver right now would be Kyle Busch because he is leading the points, and who ever is leading the points has averaged the best finishes. JR is the 3rd most consistent driver right now.

  6. So now! What do you think? What's more important? The car or the driver?

  7. ill try it just wait till i go to a race ill make sure he wrecks

  8. Kyle's worst enemy is himself. Smack, I like ya buddy, but you're off on this.

You have to give Shrub props.

He wants it more. God knows I cringe every time he opens his muth, but I'm astounded at what he pulls off.

  9. Yeah Kyle Busch himself, how many more times was he going to hit that wall last night before he seriously damaged the car? He apparently doesn't listen to his own crew chief either who told him several times to back off the throttle, and Kyle still didn't. Shrub will start tearing up Toyotas like he did Chevys.

  10. There's no substitute for fortitude and talent.  I believe that whoever lays it all on the line and goes for the win every time out is going to have the most opportunities to win.  People, by that I mean Jr. fans, say he's reckless, I say he just wants the win more than others.

  11. Kyle Busch still has it in him to beat himself with his recklessness.

And of course, after Memorial Day, there's my man Tony Stewart.

  12. the answer is no, everyone last year sure was saying how much of a mistake gibbs going to toyota was gonna be and how they are just going to be riding in the back, well looks like everyone, exept me was wrong. I said from the beginning they would be a force to be reckoned with. Especially with the addition of kyle. Now I didnt like kyle in the beginning, but more of his personality is coming out, he is not a hendrick robot and I really like him. Tony will always be my favorite driver, but looks like all the morons who said toyota wouldnt win sure are eating your words, when they are the best in the business right now. As for Tony, Im not worried summer hasnt hit yet, thats when he will hit his stride, and take off!!!

    Go JGR!!!

  13. He can't keep doing what he's doing he just can't. Bouncing off the walls all night and wrecking people won't work at every track. I don't know how the heck it worked at Darlington of all places but it won't work again.

  14. I bet I could.

  15. Kyle got lucky ok Jimmie Johnson should of won

  16. Go K.B....Go Toyota!!!!

  17. Only flying beer cans.

  18. kyle has definetly proven to be a great racer yes jr is doing a lot better this year but kyle has got that beat number one in points and winning races.

  19. Some of these answers sure are funny and ignorant. Many of the comments are exactly what they used to say about Earnhardt Sr. Kyle's only 24. He will get smarter and better. I do believe a spike strip is about the only way to stop him. From the looks of things Saturday night, a Toyota against the wall is still faster than a Chevrolet without a scratch on it.

  20. If Don Lichty comes out of retirement , look out baby.

  21. Yeah think what you want, Kyle might have a few wins under his belt but it won't last long he's to cocky for his own good and he has no respect for other drivers or even his own crew chief and crew members.  Just remember what comes around goes around and believe me Kyle has it coming. I've said it before and I'll say it again he's making to many enemies on and off the track (with his stupid little comments) that it'll all catch up to him sooner or later and I'm hoping for sooner!
