  1. No, it is non-transferable.  


  2. No you can't and you can only sell your leave back once when you re-enlist or if you have leave saved when you ETS (End Term Service)from the Army

  3. Actually, yes, yes you can. There is something called the voluntary leave transfer program. It is used in cases of medical emergency.  

  4. Nope.  If someone is in true need of leave (emergency leave) they can go in the hole - with CC approval.  But you have to use your own days...

  5. No, but you can sell back some of your leave if you have an overage of it.
