Yes.  Femininity is a social acculturation, separate from level of sexual attraction.  Asexuality is about lack of ever feeling sexually attracted to others.  Although people who score in research as asexuals are not attracted to others, they still maintain a measure of their acculturations and social expectations of them related to the subjective appearances and behaviors that we associate with masculine and feminine in each culture.  Edward Gorey, a famous writer, was a noted asexual.  Here is an image of him.

  4. Umm... what does asexuality have to do with non-sexual behaviors?  Is the full range of human behaviors...  limited to sexual behaviors?  Obviously that can't be true.
