I believe it is possible, although extremely rare.  The freckles a baby would be born with are probably not the same as the ones that kids get.  Birth freckles would be more related to birth marks, than true freckles.  I have heard rumors of babies being born with freckles though.  I think it would be cool to see that.  I love freckles on girls, and the more freckles a girl has the HOTTER she looks.  Freckles ROCK!

I don't think so, but they can be born with baby acne. I had an aunt who's baby had this.

no, freckles are from sunlight..

No, because they are triggered by exposure to sunlight. But I could imagine that very young babies who have been exposed could get them.
